Shipping

Cecco Toys ensures that your orders are shipped promptly and securely. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery is handled by ELTA Courier and delivery times range from 1-5 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping Costs

• For orders within Greece, the shipping cost is 3,50€.
• For orders over 70€, shipping is free.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the products within 14 days of receipt. Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with intact packaging.

Return Process:

1. Contact us at info@ceccotoys.gr to inform us of your intent to return a product.

2. Carefully pack the product and send it to the address provided.

3. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or the order was incorrect. In thise case, you don't have to pay for the shipping.

Once we receive and inspect the product, a refund or replacement will be issued, based on your preference.
